About Metcom 9-1-1
METCOM 911 is an ORS190 Agency identified and governed by an Intergovernmental Agreement with all public safety stakeholders served. Management of the agency is the responsibility of the Executive Director by authority of the Governing Board.
We proudly serve and provide emergency telecommunications services to a diverse population of 94,000 throughout 36 communities located in Marion County, and portions of Linn and Clackamas County.
METCOM provides emergency call taking and dispatch services to seven Law Enforcement Agencies, 17 Fire Districts, two Private Ambulance Districts, Marion County Public Works, Bureau of Land Management and the US Forest Service for Willamette National and Siuslaw National Forest.

Notice of Budget Committee Meeting
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Marion Area Multi Agency Emergency Telecommunication Center [METCOM], Marion County State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 will be held via ZOOM remote platform due to COVID-19 restrictions. The meeting will take place on the 30th of November, 2021 at 10: a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be obtained on or after Thursday, November 25th, 2021 by contacting METCOM at 503-982-2349, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting via Zoom platform and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
